Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Request for Certified SBE, VSBE and LSBE Subcontractors and Supplier:
(Subcontractors) Pond Liner, Electrical, Landscape, Clear and Grub, Asbesto Removal, Survey, Dewatering, Trucking, and Minor Concrete
(Suppliers) Concrete, Aggregate/Rip Rap, RCP, and PVC Pipe.
The Work to be done consists primarily of, but is not limited to, dewatering, sediment removal, site demolition, utility relocation, site grading, new sewer connection, new irrigation feeder line, new reclaimed water line, realigned. storm drain outlet, construction of sidewalk, construction of shoreline and wetland planters, construction of forebay and wetland, ADA parking upgrades, signage, replacement of the pump system, micron filtration system installation, disinfection system installation, structural repair of the pump building, removal and replacement of existing trees and vegetation in performance of the work, planting of native trees and vegetation, BMP installation, safety and security controls, compliance with all permit requirements, and other work shown in the plans and specified in the specifications. Prevailing wages. SBE/VSBE/LSBE goals.
Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit,
insurance, necessary equipment, supplies,
materials or related technical assistance.
