We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Site/Selective Demo, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Metal Fab, Rough Carpentry, Painting/Coating, Graphics/Marquee Panel/Signage, Metal Storage Shelving, Concession Service Equipment, Athletic Field Equip, Outdoor Scoreboards, Metal Countertops, Pre-Eng. Modular Bldg., Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage Communications, Local Sound Reinforcing Systems, Fire Detection/Alarm, Earthwork, Trench/Backfill, Erosion/Sedimentation Controls, Soil Stabilization, Athletic Asphalt/Decomposed Granite/Asphalt/Paving, Site Concrete, Tactile Warning Surfacing, Synthetic Turf Surface/Base/ Underlayment Material, Playground Protective/Synthetic Track Surfacing, Decorative Metal/Chain Link Fences & Gates, Irrigation/Plant/Turf/Grasses, Site Utilities, Site Drainage, Underground Electrical Conduits, Janitorial, Services and Suppliers
Project scope includes, but is not limited to, construction of a 9-lane synthetic track & artificial field, 1620 SF modular concession/restroom building, associated track and field events, fitness course equipment area, scoreboard, stadium lighting, new parking lot and site improvements including, but not limited to; walkways, utilities, landscaping and driveways/fire lanes, as shown in the project documents for a complete and operational project. Work to be performed during normal business hours.
