Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
All plumbing and HVAC subcontractors
The Project is generally described as: demolition of two (2) existing boilers and control panels, demolition of existing duplex vacuum pumps, and all associated mechanical and electrical related work; installation of two (2) new boilers (Peerless, TCII-18) and new control panels, installation of one (1) new vacuum boiler feedwater system (H.T. Pump, PVBFCHSSLR4-395), all new piping, flue and insulation, new concrete pads extension, new electrical panel and wiring, controls, tests and commissioning, and phasing of work, and all associated mechanical, electrical, structural and miscellaneous related work. There is no hazardous material abatement related to this project.
