Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

General Project Description:
1. Maintenance and alterations of existing restroom buildings.
2. Maintenance of existing bleachers including press-box.
3. New bleachers (at previously demolished bleacher location).
4. New scoreboard.
5. Track and field alterations to accommodate new soccer/football field.
6. Maintenance of track.
7. Sitework improvements including but not limited to path of travel (P.O.T.) from parking
lots to restrooms, drinking fountains, soccer/football field, track and new bleachers.
8. Hazardous material(s) abatement. See project manual for additional information.
