CONCRETE / PAVING / STRIPING / FENCING and GATE / ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING / DATA – CCTV CARD READER Grade and pave of approximately 29,000 square foot area within existing security fencing and 14,000 square foot parking area outside of the fence line up to Camino Pablo; construction of a 1,160 square foot bioretention area (excluding basin side slopes). Coordinate with District and Building Supplier to facilitate installation of District-furnished mobile office building, approximately 60-feet by 48-feet in size, furnish and install of kitchen facilities, and install cubicle walls, furniture, and other District furnished materials. Furnish and install portable shower trailer and three 20-feet by 8-feet by 8.5-feet steel storage containers and all associated reinforced concrete foundation / equipment pads. Furnish and install a new distribution transformer and temporary power pole; 220-volt, 400-amp service panel; a new 2-inch potable water system connection; below-grade polymer concrete sewer vault and sanitary drainage from mobile office building and portable shower trailer, and new business internet service. Replace two existing 25-foot-wide chain link gates with motorized actuated gates; installation of new personnel gate in the existing fence; new pole-mounted yard lighting; and motion-activated security camera system.
