Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM; TEMPORARY RAILING TYPE K; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; DEVELOP WATER SUPPLY; DUST PALLIATIVE; HYDROSEEDING; EROSION CONTROL; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; PLACE ASPHALT CONCRETE DIKE & MISC.; REINFORCING STEEL; ROADSIDE SIGN; REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE; CORRUGATED METAL PIPE (CSP); CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; SAWCUTTING; FENCING; TEMPORARY FENCING; OBJECT MARKER; METAL BEAM GUARD RAILING; CRASH CUSHION; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; SURVEYOR; ENVIRONMENTAL – BIOLOGICAL STUDIES; CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; SWPPP; WATER TRUCK; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; OIL SUPPLIERS; and GROUND-IN RUMBLE STRIPS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.
GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with: bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate participation.
