Requirements: Blois Construction Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Bonding assistance is available. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Please provide your DIR # with your quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage and will be required to sign the standard Blois Construction, Inc. Subcontract Agreement.
