Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Concrete, Rough Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Doors & Hardware, Aluminum Storefront, Drywall, Flooring, Painting
Please provide bids/quotes at least one day prior to bid date and include any certification you may have as well as your DIR registration number. Items of work can be broken down into smaller tasks as reasonable and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum participation. Subcontractors/Suppliers to be preferably from the Coachella Valley area. M. Brey Electric is willing to assist with bonding, insurance, line of credit, supplies, materials or related assistance to qualified companies if needed or requested. HUD Section 3 Business Enterprises are invited as well.
