A current, valid California Contractors license and a DIR# are necessary. Assistance with Bonding, Insurance, Lines of Credit, Materials, Equipment and Supplies is available. Also, the project plans and specifications are available to be viewed at our office or by contacting the above Project Manager with questions or to receive copies of the Plans and Specifications. All subcontractors will be required to sign the standard RHB Subcontract Agreement.
