Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Installation of (3) new modular classroom buildings: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, landscaping, fence and gates
Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project . Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Moreover, any bid listing subcontractors holding C-10 (Electrical Contractors), C12 (Earthwork and Paving Contractors), C-36 (Plumbing Contractors), if used, who have not been prequalified, shall be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered. These subcontractors must be prequalified BEFORE 11/24/2021. A prequalification application can be obtained from the District website: www.slzusd.org.
