Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
HLA is seeking DBE firms experienced in appraising fixtures and equipment for eminent domain purposes under California law. DBE firms must be certified under the California Unified Certification Program. The DBE goal for this project is 25%.
