Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Carpentery trade needed. The Project is generally described as: removal of existing door hardware at selected rooms and replacing them with new door lever locksets and panic bar devices to comply with State A.B. 211 Classroom Security Locks. Other miscellaneous work involves door replacements, painting, and new rooms signs at selected areas.
The estimated construction value of the project is $300,000.00.
