Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Carpentery, Concrete, Fencing & Painting trades needed. The Project is generally described as: removal of existing asphalt yard surfaces, and its replacement with new asphalt paving surfaces. The work also includes
removal of landscaping structures and trees, installation of basketball, tennis, and volleyball play yard equipment, benches and chain link fencing and associated concrete post footings, painting of game line stripes, and all related mitigation of hazardous materials.
The estimated construction value of the work is $600,000.00.
