PCL intends to establish work delivery schedules that encourage DBE participation. In general, these modifications include demolition of pavement, concrete curb, gutter, light poles AND installation of direct electrical connections (120V and 480V) power, internet connection, pumps and piping to deliver three process flow streams from separate plant facilities, drains capturing the excess process flow and discharge from each pilot trailer, installation of concrete pavement and asphalt and installation of two new light poles. The Contractors are required to comply with all applicable WIFIA/SRF statutes and regulations and any additional terms and conditions imposed by EPA in connection with WIFIA funding for the Project or Colorado in connection with SRF funding for the Project.
