Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
flooring, fire alarm modification, mechanical, electrical: $30,000
This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract,
Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring C-4,
C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current
prequalified status with the Owner. The application for prequalification must be submitted to
the Owner by the date specified in the application. The prequalification application may be
obtained from the Owner.
PLA requirements. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: To be qualified to bid or to be listed in a bid proposal, all contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations .
