Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
All Construction Trades, Materials and Services for this $1.1 Billion Design/Build project which has started, with scheduled completion in 2027.
Subcontracts awarded on this project will be on the Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
standard form subcontract and may include a requirement to provide payment and
performance bonds from a T-Listed surety at the subcontractor’s expense. Hensel Phelps
will assist in obtaining bonds, lines of credit or insurances required.
