Road and Highway Builders (RHB) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SB and DVBE firms for ALL bid items. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. RHB will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Additionally, DVBE/SB firms must possess a valid and current certification to be considered for this contract.

Road and Highway Builders (RHB) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR registration number, insurance, and workers compensation coverage meeting RHB\'s requirements, and will be required to sign the standard RHB subcontract agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
