Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
TRADES REQUESTED: DEMO | HAZMAT | ARBORIST | FENCING | PAINTING | PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT | STRIPING | METAL FABRICATION
The Project work consists of: repaving and improving the features of the middle and lower play yards of Rosa Parks Elementary School which include: a. miscellaneous demolition including hazardous materials abatement b. removal of trees creating pavement lifts c. new pavement coating and game line stripes d. repair of pavement due to tree root intrusion and other defects e. provision of basketball play equipment f. provision of rubber play surfacing tiles g. provision of new benches h. provision of wood retaining wall along property fence
i. provision of chain link fencing and gates j. provision of irrigation controller enclosure.
