John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those certified as DBE, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: Sheeting, Shoring & Bracing, Traffic Control, SWPP Measures, Protection of Utilities, Site Preparation, Backwash Tank Improvements, Backwash Tank Equipment & Appurtenances, Purified & Backwash Water Piping & Valves, Down Well Equipment & Piping, Tank Drain System & Discharge Piping, Subsurface Precast Well Vault, Site Electrical, Process Control & Telemetry, PG&E Transformer & Concrete Pad, PG&E Primary Conduit & Conductor, PG&E Secondary Conduit & Conductor, Final Grading & Site Improvements, Hot Mix Asphalt, Class II Aggregate Base for Site Pavement, Miscellaneous Right of Way Repairs

John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the aforementioned items of work. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must be registered with the California DIR, possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available via email.
