Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The scope of work will include installation of a new French drain and rainwater leader connections, regrading and construction of a structured drainage swale and new catch basins, the application of injected waterproofing grout at below grade walls, patching of above grade wall penetration, remediation of the
elastomeric coating system, and repairs and/or replacement of select doors, windows, and façade plywood. The project scope includes the construction of a landscaped bioswale as an additive bid alternate.
