Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The project will include the full exterior modernization of 16 buildings consisting of 32 residences. Exterior Modernization will include, but is not limited to removal of front façade finishes, installation of new front cement board siding systems over new plywood: lap, board and batten, shingle siding, replacement of exterior building lighting and address signage, replacement of deteriorated trim with cement board trim, repair of cement plaster, complete overlay of cement plaster with acrylic plaster system, painting, replacement of windows and exterior doors, replacement of units TV/data cable system, replacement of gutters and downspouts, replacement of select roofs, replacement of select water heater stacks and replacement or repair of select garage doors.
