EVMWD is requesting proposals for the Public Outreach Services for Sedco Hills Septic to Sewer Planning and Avenues Septic to Sewer Planning Project (WO# C1909/C2238) located in the cities of Wildomar and Lake Elsinore. The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) intends to retain a professional services consultant to provide and implement innovative, effective, well-planned and meaningful outreach, and public relations services to support EVMWD on a septic-to-sewer conversion project that will align with the EVMWD’s Sewer Master Plan and Groundwater Protection goals.
