The Project includes the construction of a new homeless shelter site on a City-owned parcel that includes tiny homes with beds for up to 144 individuals experiencing homelessness, in furtherance of providing emergency homeless shelter beds in the City of Los Angeles. Tiny homes are small, detached, prefab cabins made of aluminum and composite materials that will be assembled on site. The Project is to include 74 tiny homes, 70 with double beds and 4 with ADA single beds; eight hygiene pallets with restrooms, showers, and lavatories; one laundry structure, four administration prefab structures, and two storage units. Please submit bids at least one day prior to the bid date and include any certifications as well as your DIR Registration number. AccessPacific, Inc. will assist with bonds, insurance, materials, and line of credit to qualified bidders. The delivery schedule will be accommodated to allow for maximum participation.
