EVMWD is requesting proposals for Engineering Design Services for Sedco Hills Septic to Sewer Planning and Avenues Septic to Sewer Planning Projects (WO# C1909/C2238) located in the cities of Wildomar and Lake Elsinore. The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) intends to retain professional engineering design services to prepare the Preliminary Design Report, including the 30% design package and final construction plans, and specifications for the subject projects.
