REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND OBSERVATION SERVICES FOR THE RANSPOT AND PEELER PIPELINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
EVMWD is requesting proposals for the Construction Management and Observation Services for the Ranspot and Peeler Pipeline Replacement Project (WO# C2102) located in the City of Lake Elsinore. This RFP solicits Construction Management and Observation Services as the Owner’s Representative on the Ranspot and Peeler Pipeline Replacement Project. The project will install approximately 1,350 LF of 8-inch PVC water mains. The replacement limits shall be in Ranspot Avenue and Peeler Avenue from Landerville Boulevard to Adelfa Street. There will also be a short segment of pipeline work at the intersection of Anthony Avenue and Adelfa Street.
