Brosamer & Wall, Inc. (B&W) will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break downitems into economically feasible packages to facilitate MBE/WBE participation. B&W is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, valid MBE/WBE certification, DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) registration number for public work projects, and worker’s compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
