Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; TEMPORARY RAILING (TYPE K); PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING; EROSION CONTROL; IRRIGATION SYSTEM; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; PENETRATION TREATMENT & PRIME COAT; PLACE ASPHALT CONCRETE DIKE & MISC.; ROADSIDE SIGN; REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE; ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; FENCING; METAL BEAM GUARD RAILING; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAVEMENT MARKER; SIGNAL & LIGHTING; LAND SURVEYOR; CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; SWPPP PLANNING; WATER TRUCK; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; RETAINER WALLS; LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR; DEMOLITION; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER; AND RUMBLE STRIPS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.
GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with: bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate participation.
