Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is described as, removal of two (2) existing gas fired hot water boilers and existing hot water circulation pumps and its mechanical and electrical connections, installation of two (2) new gas fired hot water boilers and new hot water circulation pumps, including mechanical and electrical connections and installation of new boiler control system, in the boiler room; removal of existing boiler foundations and installation of new boiler foundations; and all associated mechanical, electrical, structural and miscellaneous related work; tests and commissioning to complete the project. Hazardous material abatement is included in the scope of work for this project.
