Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Site grading, trenching, pipe installation, and road construction.
Magnolia Courts Subdivision is a ~10.5 acre site with 13 lots between half an acre to one acre in the City of Robinson. Scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the installation of:
~1075 LF 6" SDR-26 Sanitary Sewer including services, cleanouts, and manholes. Connects to existing city main.
~900 LF 6" PVC Water Line including services, valves, water meters, and fire hydrants. Connects to existing city main.
~250 LF RCP Storm Drain pipe
Grading:
Site grading
Retaining Wall construction
~3200 LF Ditch grading
Road Construction
~900 LF of road Per City of Robinson Standards and geotechnical reports.
