Interested CBE’s are requested to provide Scope Letters four days prior to bid date, and quotes/bids one day prior to bid date. Clarke Contracting Corporation is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers Unions. Clarke Contracting intends to seriously negotiate with qualified CBE firms for project participation. We are available to assist in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, and any technical assistance or information related to plans, specifications and requirements for work.
