Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Removal of existing built-up roof (BUR) system and its replacement with new modified bitumen roofing over wood deck including associated wood fascia, sealants, sheet metal flashings, gutters, downspouts, roof drains, cement plaster patch work, and painting of the school’s north wing building and covered walkway. The Work will also involve miscellaneous metal fabrications and gate hardware; replacing deteriorating wood columns, steel post straps, and pedestal concrete post footings at the covered walkway; and replacing restroom signs. Hazardous materials abatement is included in the scope of work for this project.
