Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; RESET, ADJUST ROADWAY ITEMS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; PAVEMENT REINFORCING FABRIC; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; SAWCUTTING; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAVEMENT MARKER; SIGNAL & LIGHTING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; SWPPP PLANNING; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; DEMOLITION; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER/ASPHALT OIL TANKERS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.
GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate your participation.
