Carpentery trade needed.The Project is generally described as: Door hardware replacement and maintenance at Mission High School and Everett Middle School to improve security control at the perimeter of the school campus and occupied rooms. This work involves the following: a. Replace existing cylindrical locksets and panic devices to feature double cylinder function. b. Provide new doors or retrofit doors to suit new door hardware. c. Repair or replace door frame to ensure proper security function of door and its lockset d. Repair, replace and/or adjust existing defective door hardware in addition to lever lockset/panic device replacement. e. Install additional door hardware items to ensure proper function of door and security of occupied rooms. f. Perform work after school hours and weekends. The Estimated construction value of the work is $800,000.00.
