Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
General Contractor
• February 28, 2023 - Bid Documents Available for General Contractors 8:00 pm
Note: Contact Marcus Valerio at [email protected] if you wish to visit the site and arrangements will be made accordingly.
• March 7, 2023 - Pre-bid Walk at site – 9:00AM
• March 10, 2023 - Final Day for Bid RFI’s Questions must be received in writing at the offices of JVC Architects via email to [email protected] and copy [email protected] by 3:00 PM PST.
• March 13, 2023 - Issue Final Addendum via email.
• March 17, 2023 - Bids Due (hard copy and digital), 2:00 PM PST at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Administration Building. Bids will be opened publicly.
• March 24, 2023 - Notification of selected contractor

You are invited to submit a bid, as General Contractor, for a 10,000 square foot Warehouse Renovation and Addition, located at 1511 Las Vegas Blvd N., Las Vegas, NV 89101. The project for which bids are invited is titled: Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada Warehouse Renovation.
Sealed bids will be received at the Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada main campus, at 1501 Las Vegas Blvd N.; Las Vegas, NV 89101, until 2:00 PM, March 17, 2023, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the Work in conjunction with the Project. This project is funded through federal sources and requires prevailing wages in effect in Nevada at the time of the opening of the bids.
