Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
All Trades
Bidders are advised that this contract will be funded in part by a federally funded grant which will be managed by the Spartanburg County Development Office. The Davis-Bacon Act will be in effect for this project and the contractor will be fully responsible to comply with all aspects of the Act(s) to include recordkeeping and compliance submittals. A pre-bid meeting will take place at the site on March 7th at 230pm. The bid opening will take place on April 4th at 2:30pm. The award of a contract will not be announced until the owner and grant managers have the opportunity to review all the conditions affecting the award of a contract.
