Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Carpentery, Demolition, Asphalt, Plumbing trades. The Project is generally described as: resurfacing and restriping of the play yard, including, but not limited to, the grinding of temporary asphalt surfaces, patching of existing asphalt, new slurry seal, installation of new trench drain, installation
of new backflow preventer, installation of new ornamental fencing and gate, restriping play yard and parking areas, installation of new athletic equipment, and removal and installation of two plumbing flapper valves.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $758,000.00
