PROJECT NAME: Orange County Water District – City of Orange Wells 20, 21 and 22 PFAS Treatment Systems CONTRACT #: ORA-2022-1 BID DUE DATE: 4/4/23 at 02:00 (P.S.T) AWARDING AGENCY/OWNER: Orange County Water District PROJECT LOCATION: Orange, CA (Multiple Sites) We are seeking quotes for construction, supplies, materials, equipment, and services (business services, professional services, etc) for the subject project. The project is subject to AIS (American Iron & Steel) Requirements. The project participation requirement is 5% DBE, certified state SBE, WBE, and MBE, also USEPA and DOT certified contractors are welcome. The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with the Davis-Bacon labor compliance program, a federal requirement of the Environmental Protection Agency Infrastructure Finance & Innovations Act. The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall also comply with applicable California Labor Code requirements including but not limited to Section 1720 et seq. Bonds for work performed will be required in the amount of 10%. General Lability Insurance shall be $5,000,000 per occurrence, auto lability $1,000,000, Workers Comp Insurance $1,000,000.
