Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
bridge deck modifications; OCS pole and wire installation; TPSS installation; maintenance of traffic; lighting, signing, and striping; traffic signal upgrade and/or installation; public involvement; landscaping; underground, earthwork, trucking, underground material supply, ready mix, rebar, survey, paving
DBE Eligibility and Certification: Kansas City Area Transportation Authority has specified a DBE participation goal of 26.9% for the Work to be performed under the Contract. Award of the Contract will be conditioned on meeting the requirements of this section. 49 CFR Part 26.53 and Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26 shall serve as the criteria for evaluating compliance with the good faith efforts requirements.
