Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to:
a.) repair of existing play yard pavement
b.) painting of parking stall stripes and gamelines
c.) removal of existing play yard equipment
d.) installation of new play yard equipment for basketball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball
e.) relocation and repainting of existing TRX exercise frames
f.) erection of new chain link fence and gates
g.) installation of rubber safety tile surfacing
h.) relocation and removal of existing storage containers
i.) abatement of hazardous materials in the play yard.
The estimated construction value of the work is $300,000.00.
