Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Demolition of a 4,330 sf one story permanent steel moment frame modular classroom building on concrete foundations. Scope also included demolition of 325 sf of concrete ramps and paving, removal of 850 sf of raised wood platforms and disconnecting and capping existing utilities, including overhead conduit and gas piping. Site and pad preparation for a six-classroom building and a separate library building. Sitework includes grading, underground utilities to within 5 ft from modular buildings. Building pads preparation, concrete platform at library, AC paving and tube steel covered roof over concrete walkways and ramps.
