Items of work may be broken down into economically feasible packages to encourage participation. A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
