PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting qualified DBE/WBE/MBE/SBE & OBE Subs & Suppliers to bid the Englewood SPR Solids Contact Tanks Enhancement Project (90% CMAR) for the City of Englewood. Bids due on June 30, 2023 @ 2:00 PM (MT) in Englewood, CO. Project: SCTs: Upgrades to include replacement of the aeration diffusers, SCT basin slide gates, various plug valves, drain valves, and flow meters. Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls: Upgrades include replacement of the aeration blower control panels, modulation of the slide gates at the south end of Tank TA 1, & replacement of the Secondary Sludge Pump Station (SSPS) medium voltage (MV) motor control center (MCC) (MVMCC). PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts & establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that encourages & facilitates participation of DBE’s. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available.
