Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Carpentry trade. The Project is generally described as: Door hardware replacement and maintenance at Balboa High School and Phillip and Sala Burton High School to improve security control at the perimeter of school campus and occupied rooms.
This work involves the following:
a. Replace existing cylindrical locksets and panic devices to feature double cylinder function.
b. Provide new doors or retrofit doors to suit new door hardware.
c. Repair or replace door frame to ensure proper security function of door and its lockset
d. Repair, replace and/or adjust existing defective door hardware in addition to lever lockset/panic device replacement.
e. Install additional door hardware items to ensure proper function of door and security of occupied rooms.
This work involves the following:
