Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

(Subcontractors)- Paint & Coatings, Electrical, Doors & Windows, HVAC, Pile Driving

 (Suppliers):  Misc. Metals, Timber Piles, Doors, Windows, Air Conditioning Unit, Lumber, Bolts, Nuts Washers, Utility Hangers, Waterworks, BMP Materials

Project Scope:
Project is located at Imperial Beach Pier in the City of Imperial Beach, CA.  Work includes, but not limited to, replace portions of the timber deck, install 4 treated timber piles, repair gravity utility lines, install miscellaneous metal work hardware, repair/replace utility hangers, provide environmental protection, demolish and dispose of various elements including utilities, and other incidental items, provide a temporary generator, install new electrical components, switchboards, panels, and rewiring, and miscellaneous architectural work at the electrical room.

SBE Goal: 5%

Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance to all qualified SBE Subs/Suppliers.
