Pacific Program Management is a Real Estate Management and Consulting firm responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the San Diego Association of Governments for the project listed below:
Project: SANDAG Office Relocation – Project Management Services
Proposal Due Date: September 25, 2023
The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) currently occupies office
space at its primary location at 401 B Street in downtown San Diego. SANDAG will be
relocating approximately 350 staff and operations to a new building in the
downtown area. The new space will be within three floors of a new Class A building
with approximately 90,000 square feet of office space.
We are seeking sub-bids from DBE subcontractors and subconsultants, under a PPM prime contract, in the areas of work included in, but not limited to, those listed below:
Activation of office space for operational readiness
Acquisition and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
Coordination of AV installation and IT activities
Room commissioning
Coordination of move services
Assistance with Capital Project Management in a tenant improvement scope
