3- year contract for on-call geotechnical exploration drilling, including traffic control, for various locations throughout southern California. 

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:  security guards, traffic control, drilling materials, drilling equipments, portable restroom, and other services. Firms in the following certified DBE groups are encouraged to apply: African Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Subcontinent Asian Americans, or Women. Only DBE participation will count toward the contract goal for this solicitation. All sub must have an active DIR Public Works Contractor Registration cert. Upon request, ABC Liovin Drilling, Inc will provide assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services excluding supplies and equipment the DBE subcontractor purchases or leases from the prime contractor or its affiliate. We will also assist DBEs in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, and/or any technical assistance related to requirements for the work or for plans and specification.
