Project Scope:

Retrofit of the mooring wharf and support facilities for Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) to directly support the operations and maintenance of a new floating dry dock (FDD). The project is located at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD). This project includes both Design Bid Build (DBB) and Design Build (DB). The retrofit of the existing mooring wharf, the design of a new ramp pier, and electrical switch station are part of the DBB package. The Shoreside Facility and the new Crane Lot are part of the DB package.
