George Reed, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.     100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.     George Reed, Inc. will pay bond premiums of up to 2%. The subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
