Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Concrete, carpentry trades. Material testing preparation and patching at Buena Vista Horace Mann K-8 school. Removal of existing finishes, access accommodations for material testing agency, shoring, replacement of tested material, and patching of finishes, including but not limited removal of existing finishes, access accommodations for material testing agency, shoring, replacement of tested material, and patching of finishes, to meet the requirements of the Evaluation and Design Criteria Report in accordance with DSA IR EB-3 requirements. Perform work hours described in bid documents, including after hours and weekends.
The estimated construction is $250,000.00.
