Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Demolition, concrete, metal flashing and trim, roofing, joint sealants, plaster,
flooring, paint.
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to:
a. Selective demolition including hazardous materials abatement.
b. Exterior wall repairs to address cracks and spalling.
c. Rough carpentry.
d. Roof replacement with TPO membranes.
e. Sheet metal fabrications.
f. Joint sealants.
g. Expansion joint cover assemblies.
h. Cement plastering.
i. Elastomeric coatings.
j. Gym wood floor repairs and refinishing.
